What makes Vershinia different, and what happens to what you share.
Why not just paste my resume into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
They're excellent general assistants. But a blank chat doesn't know which skills employers in your field actually ask for, it forgets you once the chat ends, and it can fill gaps with details that sound right but aren't yours.
Vershinia compares you with a skill map built from real roles and postings, keeps your experience once as facts, and checks that every resume line traces back to something you did. It also keeps the postings you save and the exact resume you sent to each employer.
What is the skill map?
A map of roles across Canada and the US, each linked to the skills, tools and experience it calls for, weighted by how often employers ask for them. It's built from Canada's official occupation data (NOC 2021, OaSIS and Job Bank), O*NET for the US, and job postings, counted only as anonymous totals.
Is my resume used to build the map, or shown to anyone else?
No. Resumes stay private to each user and never feed the skill map. Nothing you add is shown to other users, employers or recruiters.
Job postings are public already. The ones people save count only as anonymous totals: a skill counts for a role only when at least three different employers ask for it. The map keeps the numbers, never which postings they came from or who saved them. Once you have an account, you can turn this off in Privacy choices.
Will Vershinia invent experience to make me look better?
Never. It can reword, shorten or bring forward what you've done. It can't add employers, titles, dates, numbers or skills you haven't given it.
How many analyses and resumes do I get?
How much you can do each month depends on your plan. Even the free plan includes enough to try every tool, and your account always shows what's left.
What does "tracking" mean?
Application tracking: each job you apply to keeps its status, its dates and a frozen copy of the exact resume you sent. You always know what an employer has seen.
Does Vershinia track me or sell my data?
No. There are no ads and no advertising trackers, and your postings, resumes and notes are never sold or used for advertising. You can ask us to export or delete everything at any time.
Do my resume and postings leave Vershinia?
To analyze them, Vershinia sends the text to its language-model provider, under terms that don't allow training on it. Postings and resumes stay private to your workspace and are never used for training. Private notes never leave your workspace. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
